我是 Tate。我做的事，可以用一句话概括：把最新的技术，变成能跑、能算账、能复制的生意。I'm Tate. What I do comes down to one sentence: turn the newest technology into business that runs, pays off, and scales.

我的起点不在科技圈，而在实体。我做过覆盖多地的百店连锁轻办公品牌，也在杭州的休闲业细分赛道做到过头部。这些年我既是连续创业者，也是投资人——这让我比大多数技术人更早明白一件事：技术再新，最终都要回答"它怎么变成生意"。I didn't start in tech — I started in the real economy. I built a 100-store light-office retail chain across multiple cities, and reached the top of a niche in Hangzhou's leisure industry. As a serial founder and investor, I learned early what most technologists learn late: however new the technology, it eventually has to answer one question — how does it become a business?

后来我一头扎进 AI。不是去追工具热点，而是去真实企业里，找 AI Agent 真正能落地的地方，然后把它做出来。我自己写 Agent、做产品、搭量化系统，也为知名机构和上市独角兽做 AI 战略——从业务沟通到产品原型，我习惯一条链打通。Then I went all-in on AI — not chasing tool hype, but going into real companies to find where an AI agent can actually land, and building it. I write agents, ship products, build quant systems, and advise listed unicorns on AI strategy — from business conversation to working prototype, I run the whole chain myself.

现在，我创办并经营着自己的 AI 公司 涌现纪（杭州）人工智能科技，同时担任行舟品牌咨询集团 AI 事业部合伙人兼负责人。行舟有 20 年军师级品牌全案的体系、300+ 客户、87+ 行业头部品牌；我做的，是把这套深厚的商业方法论，接上 AI 的能力——帮企业用低成本，验证一个高价值的 AI 场景。Today I founded and run my own AI company, Emergence AI (Hangzhou), and serve as Partner & Head of AI at ThinkBoat Consulting. ThinkBoat brings 20 years of strategy-grade brand consulting, 300+ clients and 87+ category-leading brands; my job is to wire that deep commercial method into AI — helping companies validate a high-value AI scenario at low cost.

我相信 AI 的价值不在聊天框里，而在被重新设计的业务流程里。所以我做的其实是一件事——教企业和个人，在 AI 时代怎么赢：从训练营、一对一咨询，到把 AI Agent 真正落进业务。我交付的从不是工具或知识点，而是这套"怎么赢"的能力。I believe the value of AI isn't in the chat box — it's in the business process you redesign around it. So what I really do is one thing: teach companies and individuals how to win in the age of AI — through workshops, 1-on-1s, and shipping agents into real business. I don't sell tools or tips; I deliver the ability to win.
