我是 Tate。我做过的事看着很杂——实体连锁、AI 产品、具身数据——但本质是同一件：把混乱的输入，变成能验收的产出。I'm Tate. What I've done looks scattered — retail chains, AI products, embodied-AI data — but at heart it's one thing: turning messy input into output that passes acceptance.

这套习惯是从实体里、用真金白银练出来的。25 岁前我亏掉七位数当学费；之后从 0 组织、运营过 93 个线下点位，把排班、培训、质量一致性、成本核算做成一套能复制的体系，如今几家公司稳定年营收八位数。这套多点位、多团队的标准化组织能力，恰好是规模化数据采集最难复制的一环。实体也教会我——交付不了、验收不过，再新的技术都等于零。That instinct was forged in the real economy, paid for in cash. Before 25 my mistakes cost seven figures — tuition; then I organized and ran 93 physical sites from zero, turning scheduling, training, quality consistency and unit-cost accounting into a system I could replicate, and today several companies do steady eight-figure annual revenue. That multi-site, multi-team organizational muscle turns out to be the hardest part of data collection to replicate at scale. The real economy also taught me: if it can't ship and can't pass acceptance, the newest technology is worth nothing.

扎进 AI 之后做法没变：不追工具热点，自己下场写代码。搜见 GEO 从 Web、小程序到 iOS 一个人做完；临床试验文档的结构化系统、图像批量生产与逐条质检的闭环，也是我独立交付的。我习惯把一件事，从需求一路做到能演示、能验收。Going into AI, the method didn't change: no chasing hype — I write the code myself. Soujian GEO, from web to mini-program to iOS, built solo; a structuring system for clinical-trial documents and a bulk image-production loop with per-item QC, both delivered on my own. I take a thing from spec all the way to demoable and acceptance-ready.

现在我创办并经营 涌现纪（杭州）人工智能科技，也是行舟品牌咨询集团 AI 事业部合伙人兼负责人，把行舟 20 年、300+ 客户的商业判断接上 AI 落地。而我押上未来主要时间的，是具身智能数据的采集与交付——交付主体为 一万小时文化咨询有限公司（南京紫金创投基金投资孵化企业）：把真实工作现场，变成人形机器人、VLA 与世界模型能直接训练、能验收的数据。Today I founded and run Emergence AI (Hangzhou), and serve as Partner & Head of AI at ThinkBoat Consulting — wiring 20 years and 300+ clients of commercial judgment into AI delivery. What I'm betting most of my time on is embodied-AI data collection and delivery — delivered through Yiwan Xiaoshi Consulting Co., Ltd., a company incubated and backed by the Nanjing Zijin Venture Fund: turning real work into data that humanoid robots, VLA and world models can train on and accept.

我相信 AI 的价值不在聊天框里，而在被重新设计的流程、和能被验收的数据里。所以不管做生意、做产品还是交数据，我交付的从来不是工具或知识点，而是能过验收的产出。

而我真正期待的，是具身智能走出实验室、走进消费场景，进入千家万户——我很想亲手参与，并见证那个时代到来。I believe the value of AI isn't in the chat box — it's in the process you redesign around it and the data that can be verified. So whether it's a business, a product or a dataset, what I hand over is never tools or tips, but output that passes acceptance.

What I'm really waiting for is embodied AI leaving the lab for everyday life — into millions of homes. I want to help build that, and to see that era arrive.
