电商最耗人的环节之一，是给商品换模特、换场景、批量出图。我把它做成了一个给内部运营团队用的工作台：上传原图，选商品和场景，AI 批量生成，逐张审核保留或淘汰，最后打包下载。Swapping models, scenes and batching out product shots is one of e-commerce’s most labor-heavy jobs. I turned it into a workbench for internal ops teams: upload, pick product and scene, AI-generate in bulk, keep-or-drop each result, then download as a ZIP.
后端是数据库任务队列 + asyncio worker，默认并发 3、单项独立成功失败、超时绝不自动重试——把生图成本攥在手里；React 工作台管上传进度、任务轮询、结果预览与 ZIP 下载。这是我按合同交付给客户的付费项目，也开放给学员创业社群会员自用和分销。The backend is a database task queue with an asyncio worker — concurrency 3, per-item success/failure, and never auto-retrying on timeout, keeping generation cost in check. A React workbench handles upload progress, task polling, previews and bulk download. A paid project shipped to a client, and open to community members to use and resell.
