这套系统用 Telegram Bot + Web 后台把它们自动化：数据自动归集、KPI / OKR 自动核算，把运营从"手工统计"里解放出来。它来自我做实体连锁的真实痛点。This system automates them with a Telegram bot and a web backend: data is collected automatically and KPIs/OKRs computed for you. It came straight from my own pain running physical chains.
